using an http:// URL

I am trying open my web using an http:// URL? I'm not
quite sure how to do this. The information I have is:
1. Start FrontPage
2. If a page or web is open, close it.
3. Choose Open Web from the File menu.
4. When the Open Web dialog bos appears, find the Web Name
box near the bottom and type ?????? (this is the part that
I think I need help with).
5. Clock ok
6. Satisfy any username/password prompt.
