Using C# to rename merge field in a word document

There is a one page word template which has pre-defined merge fields. I want
to generate a multiple pages word document that have the same template in
each page.
2 questions,

(1) How to insert the same template in each page.
(2) How to rename each set of the merge fields. (eg: the field name is
"MailMerge1" in the first page, then rename the same merge field with field
name "MailMerge2" in the second page.)

Could anyone provide a method to approach this?
