Using different Master Pages

E

ecoles

I have been using PowerPoint for years and have not learned one of the
fundamental functions. That is, how to apply different master pages to
different slides in the presentation.

I'm sure this is simple, I just never figured it out. Currently I have a
presentation with two master pages. Only the first is applied. I would like
to use the second page.

A little help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

There are two types of slide masters. One is called the Title Master and is
only applied to slides that use the "Title Slide Layout". The other type of
master is the Slide Master and is applied to all other slide layouts. Are you
maybe confusing master and layout? The Slide and Title Masters are part of the
Template. The slide layouts are optional and are selected by going to Format >
Slide Layout.
