Using Microsoft Outlook Web Access I can't reply or forward.

At home, using my company's web-based mail called Exchange-Microsoft Outlook
Web Access, from my pc I am unable to Forward or Reply to messages received.
But using a laptop on the same broadband connection, these functions work
fine. Any suggestions? Windows XP and Office are on both computers.

Exactly do you get any error? or the options are greyed out? Does it display
a script error?

There are no errors and the options are not greyed. When I click on the
Reply or Forward buttons the message window simply closes, thus no
opportunity to reply.

We have seen this problem when popup blocker is used.
