Using outlook 2002 with hotmail account

Lately, I'm getting a message 'Message on this server
cannot be modified' when I'm trying to reply to a message.
When I'm signing to my hotmail account over via the
browser, I can reply to the same message with no problems.
Something in Microsoft Outlook 2002 doesn't allow to reply
to a message.
