Using process diagram & can't get smartart to quit auto resizing

Trying to set up a process diagram, but the text boxes all resize when I
resize just one. Can't figure out how to lock them.

Cut your diagram and paste it as Enhanced Metafile; then Ungroup it.
Now you can resize any text box.
