Dear All,
I had recently upgraded the PST file format to Outlook 2003, from the older
version by creating a new pst file & importing the entries. But for some
strange reason the PST backup that I used to use does not seem to find the
new outlook file that I had created. Is not the pst backup compatible with
the Outlook 2003 file format? I only find certain archive files that have
been created. There is also one more information that I need to convey.
There are mainly two users that login on this computer for which I need to
setup the PST backup. Each has his own outlook profile. I want to backup the
outlook folder that is default in the other user's name. I have admin rights
& hence have rights to the path. But only it does not show up on the list.
Is there a setting inside the PST backup program where I can set the path
for the Main Outlook.pst file? Even if it is in a registry, please let me
know so that I can change this to point to the correct file.
