using resources question

Hello,
How can I group resources, for example 2 teams, that do the same job
parts,
And when I assign the group of resources to a job part,
ms project would decide which team would do what job parts.
I know the option of 200% in the resources chart, but that only means
they would do
Each job part faster.. I need the teams to work separately...
