Using Word 2007 pronuciation guide for Chinese to Cantonese

Is it possible to edit the pronunciation guide in Office 2007 to change the
phonetics from Mandarin Chinese PinYin to Cantonese phonetics? I am using
Word 2007, but this would also be very convenient in the other Office 2007
applications. How can I do this?
