Using Word to send email or as editor for Outlook, causes wmz and

F

fools

2 attachments: 1 wmz and 1 gif file are sent with every message:
image001.wmz
image001.gif

Strangely enough the gif file is the image of a picture bullet that I
recently used in Word.

There is clearly some error here. Cant find a way to repair it. "Detect and
Repair" does not help.

From scouring the web it appears that there are others that seem to have
this issue, and the gif file is the latest image file that has been somehow
associated with Word.

Also, this problem occurs only with one of the user/accounts that I have on
the machine. The other account is okay.

Anyone have any ideas?

attachments" in Outlook/General Questions discussion group.

Locate Normal.dot template file on your filesystem and delete it. Word will
recreate it.

This file is located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
