Validation over Files

I am trying to use Validation with a Named Range list box but I can't get it
correct (if even it is possible)

For example, I have a Range named "Country" location in a file in the
following location- C:\My Documents\Atlas.xls - where the named range in
turn is in sheet1, is it possible to create a Validation with a list within
a file called "World.xls"??

Would be great to do it, thanks

You can use a named range, but not in another workbook AFAIK.
