Validation

I have 3 separate fields. One has an business number the
other one has the name of the business and the third on
has the city of the business. I have inserted a drop down
list for the business number in which I can pick a
number. I have set up a query with all the account.

I want the name and the city fields to recognized that
when a business number is picked from the drop down it
will be filled by the name and city related to the number.

Can anyone help me on this?

Use Access's Combo Box wizard to find and goto a record on current form. Be
sure the Phone field control is on the form and make it's visible property =
to false. Then on the form's current event set the combo box = to the phone
field control.
