VBA code merge Word doc with Excel data

Trying to come up with VBA code from within Excel that will mail merge a MS
Word document called NewComerTaxLeads.doc with the opened data sheet called
2006 in a workbook called NewComerTaxLeads.xls.

I would really appreciate any & all help you can give me. mikeburg
