Version (?) conflicts

Question - a customer sent me a PowerPoint 2002 file which had been authored
and saved on an XP system with Service Pack 3. I am using XP with Service
Pack 2 and have both PowerPoint 2000 & 2003 - niether will open the file?

Is this a PPT issue or a Service Pack issue? Thank you.

Sounds as if the file's corrupt. Did you receive it via email? If so, have
the customer zip and resend.
