Version Control of my Project Plans

I'm trying to figure out how can I do version control of my project
plans.

One way I found is to use non-enterprise projects and keep the mpp file
in VSS or Subversion. This way I can restore a previous plan, but there
are several limitations. One of them is that I can't analyze
non-enterprise projects on portfolio analyzer.

Is there another way to control the several versions of my project plan
without loosing important features like portfolio analyzer?

Thanks,
Vitor.

Vitor,
This sounds like a Project Server question. Post to our sister newsgroup,
microsoft.public.project.server.
