Video Add In

When I attempt to use the video add-in, I get a message that the add-in has encountered an unexpected error - and immediately turns itself off. Windows Media Player, DirectX are the most current versions; running Outlook 2003 under Windows XP (also updated to latest level)

Any ideas on what to do next?
