How can I preview Outlook 2002 email before downloading from server?

You can't unless you use the webmail from your ISP. The most you can do is
download only headers and then select what mail you want to download the
full items.

Does Outlook 2002 have Remote Mail? (I am not on my Office XP machine, so I
can't remember!)

Click on your Tools menu, Send/Receive, Work with Headers
