view landscape as portrait

Hello. I am using Publisher 2002. I have little folders that I have to
print out for work. The problem is that my printer's permanent nonprinting
space starts .49 inches from the bottom of the document. I would like to be
able to print the folders sideways (in the printer the portrait way instead
of the landscape way). How can I view and edit the folders by viewing them
the landscape way then have them print with the paper inserted the portrait
way? I have a HP 5650. Thanks!

Your paper will be inserted into your printer portrait, regardless if the print is
landscape or portrait.
Not sure I know what you are wanting. Setup your page to landscape, rotate your
little folders 90 degrees.
When you print your printer limitation will now be on the right margin. Basically it
will look the same as if you did it portrait in the first place.

Are you suggesting that I type out what I need and then flip it all to the
side? When I set my document to an orientation of landscape it rotates on
the screen and looks like it is portrait. I am getting very frustrated. Any
help you could offer would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks!
