Viewing inserted pages

I am using Microsoft Publisher 2007.
When I click View, Insert Page - I get a new page, but there is no small
page icon on the bottom of the screen showing me. I was told to go to View,
Toolbars, and Status Bar - but I have no Status Bar option.
I want to be able to see all of those small page icons across the bottom of
my screen.

How do I see all the pages I am inserting?

View / Status Bar is not the solution for Pub 2007...
