Viewing multiple resource calendars

Hi

I have a large number of resoureces assigned to a number of projects.
Project managers have assigned vacation time as non working time for each
resource calendar. I would now like to view all the calendars to see when
vacation time has been allocated. Is there a report that can do this?

For something like this your best bet is a VBA procedure, that is if you
would like an easy to read calendar graphic showing resource non-working
time.

As an alternate approach you could try the following. If you are using a
common resource pool file use the Resource Usage view on that file and
show Remaining Availability. If you do not have a resource pool file,
then create a master file by inserting each individual project as a
subproject in the master and then use the Resource Usage view as above.
You can collapse the view to show only the resources since for your
needs assignment information isn't relevant.

The above approach isn't as convenient as looking at a calendar, but it
will provide the basic data you desire.
