Viewing only the type & size of the fields

I want to print an outline of the type and size of each field in my DB
tables. When I go to Tools->Analyze->Documenter->Tables it shows me tons of
other information as well, which will obviously make the printout very long
and when using it as a reference to determine the maximum input for a field
(I am a web developer, and like to have a reference of the DB I am using),
it can be annoying to need to look through many pages to find this info. Is
there any way that I can make a simple outline of the type & size of each
field? Thanks.

Yes; open the Documenter, and click the Options button at the lower
right of the window. Uncheck the things that you don't want to see.

Thanks! That worked great, but there is one thing about the results that I
want to ask. It seems to want to put all the tables on different pages, but
they will all definitely fit on the same page. Is there some way I can
change this? Thanks.

You can get a nice columnar listing from the documenter.

You just need to click on the options buttons. If you "un-check" most of the
options, then you get a nice columnar listing.

I don't believe there is a method to change the report setup in this add-in.
Your only alternative may be to use one of the other documentation methods.

That is one of the *main* reasons I made my own add-in for this.
I've never found the Documenter to be paper-friendly.
