viewing question

I'm using OL2003. I want to view the company name of
email senders or recipients. I tried making a custom view
by inserting Contacts Company field but it shows nothing
although I have the complete information of the person in
my Contact List. Anybody can help me please?

Each folder view shows only the data in that folder. The Company data is in
the Contacts folder, not in the Inbox. Hence, it shows blank if you add that
field to the Inbox. What you want to do would require custom programming to
add the company information to each incoming mail item.
