Viewing Resource Data

Hello,
I'm looking to set up a custom view on Project Server that will allow
users to pull resource data, such as "% Complete" from the server.
Currently, the server has no resource or project data in it. This data
will come from mostly Project 2000 files. I have a question about the
software required to complete this task for users.
I already have Project Server 2002 set up with SQL 2000 SP3 as the
database.

Do all of the clients need MS Project Professional and Office XP? Or
can this be done with clients using a mix of MS Project 2000, 2002
Standard, and Pro and Office 2000/XP? Thank you very much for your

My first thought is to set up a custom view in the
Resource Center for people to access via PWA.
