Viewing Text in Normal View

How can I view text in a text box in the normal view form? I am only able to
see it the text in the text box via the print preview box.

You can't. A text box is in the drawing layer, and the Normal view
never shows anything in the drawing layer. Use the Print Layout view
instead.
