virtual basic error

Every time I close Outlook 2003, I get the following
error message: The macros in this project are disabled.
Please refer to the online help or documentation of the
host application to determine how to enable macros. This
is under a heading of "Microsoft Visual Basic."

This happens every time I close Outlook, though Outlook
seems to function perfectly otherwise. What can i do to
stop this message from popping up?
