Virus like activity warning

Jerry Finke

I am running Outlook 2002. I just upgraded office to SP3. Every time I try
to compose a new message or reply to a message I am getting a warning window
from outlook. It says that a program (it doesn't say which one) is trying
to access my email address book and this could be virus like activity. The
options are to allow it Yes or No or to allow it for a certain amount of
time. Initially I thought I had a virus. Two anti- virus scans (updated
definitions of course) tell me the system is clean. What else may be
causing these warning messages? Before SP3 every thing was fine. Thanks.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
