Virus's in Outlook

Hi,

I am wondering can outlook clients get email virus's if
they open an email that doesn't have an attachment? I
know you can have a script embedded in html but doesn't
outlook disabled it before it's accepted into outlook?

What are all the possible ways to get an email virus?

What are you guys using for email virus software?
