Visio 2003 to Visio Ent. 5.0

I have a file created in Visio Pro 2003. I want to be able to open it in
Visio enterprise 5.0. The save as option gives me Visio 2002 as the only
other Visio version. Will this work? If not, how can I do this?

Unfortunately you have to save as v2002/v2000 and then use a visio version
v2000/v2002 to save it as v5.
