Visio 2007 does not exit cleanly - 100% CPU on new Vista install

I have Vista Ultimate and installed Visio 2007 Professional.
When I exit Visio 2007, it does not exit and takes up over 100% of CPU on my
dual-core HP Pavilion dv9000t notebook. TaskManager shows VISIO.EXE in the
background.

I checked what it was doing with procmon from sysinternals.com -
Thread 192 is doing a QueryNameInformationFile with Result SUCCESS on Path
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE12\MSO.DLL
It is scanning this file repeatedly for some reason and causing high CPU.

Appreciate any help in resolving this.

In Visio 2007, click Tools, click Trust Center, click Add-ins. Is there a
Send to Bluetooth add-in under the Active Application Add-ins section? If so,
check the Disable all Application Add-ins check box. Then click the Go button
with COM Add-ins selected and uncheck the add-in there as well. You'll need
to exit Visio, end any Visio.exe processes, and start Visio again.

If you get some kind of error that it could not access the registry, you may
need to boot into Windows safe mode or restart with Diagnostic Startup using
msconfig.exe, and then uncheck the COM add-in. Alternatively, you could
remove Bluetooth all together under Add or Remove Programs (Programs and
Features in Vista).

You could also unregister the .dll file for the Send to Bluetooth add-in.

Worked great!
I was also able to just disable the Send to Bluetooth under COM Add-ins and
Exit - the process exits cleanly.

Thanks.
