Visio crash on exit

Hi

I have an automated Visio application thet I have run on 2 different
PCs. When I exit my application on one of the PCs, it always crashes on
exit with,

Exception Information
Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000005231720

This does not happen on the other PC.

The only clue I have is that I have just called up and the dismissed a
modal form that is in a DLL that accompanies my application. Exiting my
application after this causes the crash.

Any suggestions, I seem to have no way to determine the cause.
