Visio loses .jpg image while creating .pdf file

Hi.

I need to create pdf file from visio drawing. I use Visio 2003 SP2 and
CutePDF Writer (WinXP). As the background i have to use .jpg (1900x1200,
345KB) format file. I'm inserting it by "insert - picture - from file"
option. Then I'm changing some picture settings (transparency, blur). In the
"print preview" section everything seems to be fine, but in the end in final
pdf file ther is NO jpg background. It doesn't matter if I place jpg on
"background" or on main sheet.
I tried several others pdf converting programs ( cute printer, pdf creator,
primopdf, pdf995) and EVERY time the effect is the same.
I can't understand it, other inserted jpgs and other parts of drawing are
shown in pdf file correctly.

Thx for help
