visio upgrade move to a new computer

Hello,
I'm trying to finally move for real to a computer I've had for a while. I
bought Office Pro 2003 to put on the new computer, but now I need Visio as
well, and I don't really want to buy another new one. I have V2002 running
with my Office 2000 installation on the old computer, but it's an upgrade
version. And, I can't immediately lay my hands on the older product CD --
I'm not sure I still have it.

Is there a way for me to install this product on my newer computer, or am I
screwed?
