Vista and Visio 2003 : On close problem

Hi all
I have Visio 2003 installed on MS Vista (Business edition), all the service
packs are in place for Vista and the latest service pack, SP3 is installed
on Visio.

The problem I am experiencing is that when I close Visio I always get a
'Microsoft Visio has stopped working' message box. I allow the application
to check for the reason why - but I never get a a response. Any ideas...

Not that I am aware off - how do you check?
