Visual Reports and .cub file

Hello,
Using Project Pro 2007.
In the "Visual Reports - Create Report" dialog; click on the Save Data
button, then...
What is the use of the .cub file we can create when we are in the "Visual
Reports - Save Reporting Data" dialog box and we click on the "Save Cube"
button. What can we do with this .cub file?
