Voice mail error in Outlook 2002

We can listen to voicemails in our exchange accounts. I
am getting the following error message: Cannot save the
attachment. Can't create file: VoiceMessage.wav. Right-
click on the folder you want to create the file in, and
then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder. Does anyone have any ideas
how to correct this problem. Thanks
