Voice recognition

Can i use Dragon naturally speaking v. 9 or greater to input into OneNote.?
If not, is any voice recognition software available?

If your goal is dictation, then any VR software will work with any software
which has an insertion point (like OneNote). There are also built-in VR
tools in Windows and Office, if you're looking to save some money.

I use it, although not directly into OneNote. I use the DragonPad function
(very fast and efficient) and then copy into OneNote from there.
