W2003 Missing Document Grid tab

In Word 2003's help, it is mentioned that there is a
Document Grid tab in the Page Setup dialog box. I do not
have this tab and neither does anyone that I know who has
this version of Word. Would anyone know how to get this
tab or, at least, was is its purpose?
