Wait for pred. completion (Jack D?)

I am trying to flag any tasks whose predecessors are not 100% complete (and
thus the original task could begin). I cannot do this with custom fields and
so am looking for a VBA (or any other alternative) solution.

I am having trouble finding an answer. Any suggestions?

If Jack D is out there, Brian K said you might have code for something like
