I have a Win XP PC and Use Outlook 2003 for Email. I regularly use Windows
backup to backup my PC. What directory do I need to backup in order to
protect my Email?

Thanks

If you use the ASR wizard to write a .bkf file and create a system state floppy - you already have it backed up. ASR wizard copies the entire system drive.
