I have a copy of Office 2007 and I uninstalled it from a former computer and
wish to install it on a new computer, is there a way to free up the old
product key so that I may use it on my new computer? I do have all the
install discs.

There is no "deactivation". Install it - you may have to select the
telephone activation method.

So your saying if I call to activate it, even though I have used all of my
activations I should be able to install it? Because I get the message that
says I have used all of my activations.

I'm saying you can try the telephone activation method. After that, it's up
to Microsoft.

If this is an OEM version (may have "for use on a new computer" or something
like that on the CD) you can only use it on the original computer it was
installed on. Only retail versions of software can be moved from computer
to computer. If it came on the original computer, it in all likelihood is
an OEM version also.
