Warning pop up box before going to hyperlink

I would like a "Warning" pop up box to come up before someone will go to a hyperlink. Does anyone know of an easy way of doing this. i have set up a button, but it goes right to the hyperlink i put there.

If you are using FP 2003 you can do this with behaviors.

1- Create the hyperlink
2- Format > Behaviors > Insert > Pop Up Message
3- Type your Message > OK

If you do not have FP 03 you will need a javascript
