WBS code export

Hi to all, I'm facing the Project sw and I'm not an expertise on it.
Two question if someone can hel me:
I got an already generated project. than a WBS chart is automatically
generated using WBS chart Pro SW.
1) Generation the WBS chart also the Milestones generate a Tsk box. Is
it possible not to export the Milestone in the WBS chart? how can I do
it?
2) Each task is linked to a Word Doc. In this DOC file the ID of the
task (task's outline number) I haveto set in a table this ID but i
kindly appreciate to do it automatically. How can I get this info and
export it automatically inside the doc file (as a variable...)

for question#1 (WBS Chart Pro):

When you first make the WBS chart (by pressing the "goto wbs" toolbar button
in MSProject) the chart only shows boxes of VISIBLE tasks in MSProject. You
can hide milestones by applying a filter in MSProject before making the wbs
chart.
