I tried that...I got the message " Server error: Unable to create a
disk-based web at "C:\\\\..) because it's parent web would not be a
disk-based web. Create the disk-based web elsewhere, outside of your web
server's document hierarchy. Any ideas?

1. You can only create this on a live/remote server that allows you to set unique permissions. You
can not create this locally and then publish the permissions.

2. To create a subweb / subsite, open the site via FP's http mode then create a folder, then right
click on the folder and select to convert it to web / site, then open the subweb/ subsite and if you
have the correct permissions, you will see a permissions option under web / site settings, etc.
