Web Wizard

[Lucky Lady]

Using Microsoft Office for students and Windows XP, I want to try composing a
web page. Web Wizard does not appear to work. I have done this before but
about 7 years ago ... It seemed easier then. Anyone got any suggestions?

Many people just write the content as a standard document, then save
as html.
