website downloads missing elements

Trying to update (copy, images)a website remotely,
download their files into my Frontpage but do not get
everything, some logos are missing, shared borders,
backgrounds, etc.
Am I not getting all of the files in the download?

If the site is on a server with FrontPage extensions, you need to log on in FrontPage with the user
name and password and then "Publish" the site back to your hard drive.
Import does not import the *entire* web.

[Just a thought]

Maybe the shared borders and images are not in the
website you are trying to copy. It could be stored in a
different website and they are just linking to it.
