Week Numbers

I know how to display week numbers on the Gannt Chart and in Date fields, but
is there a way to display week numbers starting from the project start date?
So project start is week 0, the following monday is week 1 etc.

If this is possible, is there then a way for the Gannt chart to display both
week numbers and dates?

I've worked out how to do this by right clicking the Gannt Chart and editing
the timescale. However, that three tier system is infuriating. Why can't I
just display three different timescales? Why does each tier have to be
more/less detailed than its upper/lower tier?

I'm aiming to have

Top Tier: Months: Jan | Feb | Mar
Middle Tier: Wks: 5 10 15 (Weeks
from start_
Bottom Tier: Wks: 13/01 28/02 03/04

Where the bottom tier is the first date of the weeks shown.

Any ideas?
