Weird issue with outlook message window minimizing

I have 4 remote users remoting into a Terminal server in application mode.
All 4 use Outlook (2003). I have one user who is telling me that every
day, mulitple times a day, he will be reading an email or composing an email
and the Outlook message window will spontaneously minimize and disappear
from view. He says that he can be on the phone away from the keyboard and
the windows will just minimize on its own. My other 3 users have never once
experienced this issue ever. This particul user is a "problem" child at
times but he is convinced it is not him doing anything to minimize the screen.
I can't really find anything that would cause this to happen. Anyone ever
see this before? I have the latest Office 2003 SP3 on there, etc.

For someone having issues with minimizing a message window in Outlook or experiencing unusual events, there is an effective solution: WholeClear MSG Converter allows users to convert their MSG files into several different formats (PST, PDF, EML, MBOX & HTML) and eliminate the need for Outlook as the primary method of managing MSG Emails by allowing users to create other formats from their original MSG Files while preserving their attachments, message body formatting, contact information, and other associated Items. The program and converting options are designed to be user-friendly (easy to navigate) and allow for Batch Processes to be completed in bulk from the original MSG File location.
