weird setup... spanish installed for some reason.

I installed my copy of office after loosing my hard drive
and for some reason office comes up in spanish. I have
tried to set the language with the Microsoft Office 2003
Language Settings tool but no go. I removed and
reinstalled and still I get spanish. I have it so that at
least english is comming up but all the inbox sent items
and such are still in spanish.

Any ideas what I have to do to repair this?
