What artwork in Publisher is allowed to be printed in a booklet b.

I am a Senior at a seminary who is putting together a book of personal
liturgies as a fundraiser for funds for a new chapel. I don't know what
pictures that are in Publisher can be used without violating the copyright
law. Can anyone help me?

Generally if you don't use the clipart as part of your logo or re-sell the clipart
as part of a collection or the images are not the primary value of the publication
they are okay to use.

The EULA is your best source of information, pay close attention to section 1.2.
