what extension can i use to open MDI files.

I have three files, they has been made by document imaging 2003.
i would like to know if there is any extension that might allowed me to read
those files. Thanks

These files can only be opened or viewed with Microsoft Document Imaging.

Whoever made those files could save them in the TIFF format which you could
open.
